Sahur @ Breakfast...healthy & yummy

Resepi:
200 ml air
3 keping chipsmore
1 sudu besar ESP
1 sudu besar Mealshakes
1 sachet Collagen Powder

Cara2:
1. Campurkan semua dlm satu bekas. Chipsmore dipatahkan kecil2.
2. Blend.
3. Siap.
